- How long does it take for orders to be processed? 2-3 days. This is just an estimate.
- Do you offer refunds? Unfortunately, we do not offer any refunds. However we do offer store credit. Please check our refund policy page.
- Do you offer refunds on Cosmetics? All Sales are final on cosmetic products.
- If I have questions or concerns regarding my order who can I contact? Please send an email to customerservice@shopkojetta.com. One of our representatives will respond to your issue at their earliest convenience.
- How long does it take to receive tracking information? Tracking information will be sent to your email once your order ships.
- The style that I'm interested in is out of stock? When an item is out of stock, we will not be getting that item again. please check the website occasionally for new styles.
- All orders placed after 4:30 P.M. Eastern time will not be shipped until the next business day. This does not include the processing time frame.
- Do you ship on weekends? We do not ship orders on weekends. Any orders placed during that time will not be processed until normal operating hours.
- Can I cancel my order once it is placed? Unfortunately, once an order is placed, you will not be able to cancel your order. However, if there needs to be a size change, we can make that adjustment only if the size you need is available. Please send an email customerservice@shopkojetta.com.
- Do you offer sales? Yes, we do. Please check our website daily for sales and promotions.
- What if I have other questions not listed on the FAQ page? Please email customerservice@shopkojetta.com.
- The Lip color or Lip product I'm interested in is out of stock? If a lip color or product your interested in is out of stock, please check back at a later date or email us at customerservice@shopkojetta.com. We can not promise once you check that the item will be available due to high demand. Be sure to look for updates on the website daily.
