Returns and Refunds
All cosmetics, swimwear, bodysuits, and two piece sets with bodysuits are FINAL SALE and are not returnable. Except for any products designated on the Site as final sale or non-returnable, we will accept a return of the products for a store credit in the amount of your purchase price, less the original shipping and handling costs, only if such return is received by Kojetta within 7 calendar days of the original delivery date to you and with valid proof of purchase and provided such products are unused and returned in their original condition.
To return products, you must email us at customerservice@shopkojetta.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization ("RMA") number before shipping your product. No returns of any type will be accepted without an RMA number.
You are responsible for all shipping and handling charges on returned items. You bear the risk of loss during shipment. We therefore strongly recommend that you fully insure your return shipment against loss or damage and that you use a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery for your protection.
We will process your return and issue you a store credit within approximately 10 business days of our receipt of your merchandise. In no event will we issue refunds. WE OFFER NO RETURNS ON ANY PRODUCTS DESIGNATED ON THIS SITE AS NON-RETURNABLE.
Store credit
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then you will be issued store credit in the amount that you paid for the merchandise via gift card.
Sale items
We do not offer store credit on final sale items, and items that are on sale.
Shipping
To return your product, you should email customerservice@shopkojetta.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
